ESSCA School of Management has just received the coveted AMBA accreditation for its master’s program. Following in the footsteps of AACSB in 2014 and EQUIS last year, this new distinction enables the school to join the highly exclusive (less than 1% in the world) group of world-class business schools benefiting from triple accreditation.

Bestowed by the International Association of MBAs, AMBA accreditation concentrates on the respect and quality of applied academic standards in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Business Management (MBM) programs.

ESSCA’s master of business program has received AMBA accreditation both for its full-time graduate and for its part-time executive programs. “The team of international auditors particularly highlighted the balance of an ESSCA education with corporations’ needs thanks to the School’s competency approach and the proper balance between theoretical and operational curricula, and particularly hailed the undeniable contribution of the School’s Institute for Applied Pedagogy (IPA) in the learning process. It also measured our programs’ international dimension and our ability to educate managers with a world vision,” stated Dr. Samir Ayoub, ESSCA Dean.

This collective success has just come to crown an excellent new 2017-18 academic year, spotlighted by the recruitment of 983 students over the 5 campuses involved in the grandes écoles program, an increase of 11.7% in the number of candidates vying for a spot. Fourteen permanent faculty members have been recruited since January 2017 to accompany the School’s growth and continue to ensure an excellent student-teacher ratio.
