 Admission conditions :Corporate universities are open programmes that do no have academic prerequisites.

Companies may define their own selection criteria. For example: to be a first-line manager, a high-potential manager, a training manager (…). Companies decide on the assignment of their employee to any of these categories.

  Profile of the participants:

Depending on the needs of each company, the profile of the participants may vary.

Generally, the programmes are intended for first-line managers (fist-line managers, technicians), middle managers (engineers and/or sales representatives) and senior managers (members of the executive committee, directors …).

Different formulae are available:

 PRELUDE  fundamentals, with no customisation

 PREMIUM: fundamentals, with some customisation to fit the client’s sector

 PRIVILEGE: fundamentals, with customisation and adjustments to fit the client’s sector

 PRESTIGE:customised programme with the immersion of the trainer in the company.
