This blog is dedicated to business ethics and, more broadly, to the role of ethics in the economy. Its objective is to favour substantive discussions and exchanges between the business world, academia and students.
The moralisation of capitalism, moral skepticism, corporate ethics charters and codes of conduct, the social responsibility of businesses, warnings, moral psychology, ethical dilemmas, moral reasoning, integrity and virtues specific to the business world are some of the topics that may be covered. However, the list is long and some posts will relate to a single word from everyday language used in relation to a specific business ethics issue.
No constraints are imposed on blog use, but, most often, each post will be based on a concept or news item, and will facilitate simple philosophical reasoning with references to academic literature focusing specifically on business ethics.
