Management Department

Under the supervision of Professor Jean-Michel HEITZ, this department is in charge of all courses in strategy, organisation, human resource management and social psychology.

Management, including the process of managing corporate activities, will be viewed from the perspective of its two main subsystems:

Operational management (the administrative process and its various stages: planning, organisation, management, control)

Strategic planning (missions, objectives, deployment of strategies).

Students will discover how management varies in relation to its context and how theories and practices adapt and follow societal changes.

Emphasis is placed on the acquisition of analytical and management tools that facilitate the conduct of organisational change in contexts (human, multicultural, globalised, undergoing technological change) that are characterised by their complexity, with an introduction to psychosociological and communication concepts.

Situational application, in the form of internships and studies, will help students better understand individual and collective social behaviours inside and outside of the corporate world.

The school offers masters programs to students willing to specialize in the field of management :

 Management (Master 1)

Entrepreneurship and SME Management (Master 2)

 Human Resource Management (Master 2)
