The Orientation and Career Department (SOC) is the link between education and initial employment: it supports students in preparing their professional project and young graduates in their job search. It also plays the role of an observatory on school-to-work transitions
Creating a personal and professional project (PPP)
Each year, the student adds to his/her PPP by acquiring various types of experience and preparing a report on new skills acquired. This process includes training, seminars and workshops dedicated to interview preparation.
The teams responsible for this programme are permanent staff members of the School (Master Programme Department, Orientation and Career Department, Managers of the Education Units) and outside consultants who regularly work with ESSCA.
