To recruit an intern

The 2006 legislative reform for internships in France reiterated that the objective of an internship in an educational programme must correspond to the programme itself - it cannot be considered employment.

Since 2008, ESSCA has instituted a new automated procedure to enter internship validation sheets and agreements by the student, the company and ESSCA. The company validates the sheet describing the mission, dates, internship conditions and potential compensation by e-mail. The internship agreement is then printed in three copies that the company must sign and return to ESSCA. ESSCA's corporate relations department also remains in contact with the company and the student throughout the internship. At the end of the study programme, internships are monitored on an individual basis.
