A Four Part Development Plan:

 Recruit new high level teachers-researchers: €2,000,000
- improve the student/teacher ratio
- develop the research activities required for the academic renown of the School
- pursue the international recruitment of teachers

 Reinforce the infrastructures and facilities required for a high quality working environment for both students and teachers: €6,000,000
- expansion of the building in Angers and financing of the new site in Paris
- acquisition of state-of-the-art IT equipment and development of e-learning
- additions to the media library documentary fonds for the four sites: reviews, publications and scientific databases

 Consolidate the national and international reputation of the School by obtaining new quality accreditations and better communicate on the School: €1,000,000
- implementation of a new process for international accreditation
- development of high level communication
- greater investment in Latin America, Asia and Western Europe

 Favour social acceptance through the granting of bursaries to outstanding students from less privileged social strata: €1,000,000

- double the number of bursary students by 2012
