Each Inter'Active Decision programme is based on a three-fold “consulting/coaching/training” structure, which is fundamentally modular, adaptable and customisable.
The programme is intended for decision-makers and managers (executives, entrepreneurs, managers, senior and middle managers) who wish to:
adapt to a competitive environment that is rapidly evolving
be coached and advised by experts to face these changes.
The formula is based on:
An annual subscription to ensure personal, operational coaching throughout the year (review of action plans, recommendations, support in implementation).
This subscription includes:
an annual fee for coaching (in person and/or by telephone and/or by e-mail)
an initial audit of needs
at least one day of active training per month
An additional catalogue of “a la carte” services that can be implemented on request (support services for decision-making, expertise in operational recommendations …)
